Anita, Everything can be solved through proper channel of communication. So take the issue to the management through the proper channel. Any management who is interested in the goodbeing of the comapny will listen to your issue and will take a correct decision. Also please document all the conversation/issues which can act as a proof and you can be in the safer side.

Best Regards

HI ANITA,

why you are so much worry about these thing's .though u are HR Coordinator but u should not not involve urself in these kind of incidents . you do ur work & love ur job only, try to do research in HR & enrich ur self with skills & competencies ,stop taking tensions about these matters.

Thanks

Hi Anitha,

You would come across many people like the secretary in question who would try to take things for granted. You have to remember that you are not only an HR Coordinator but a part of your company's HR team and as that it is your responsibilty to ensure that the decorum is maintained.

As stated by many it would be best to send her a mail with a CC to your immediate boss and MD. If even after that the problem persists you may confront her in a manner that is not rude but firm. Remember, the trick is to keep the ball in your court.

Regards,
Anika

Anita, I agree that you send her an email cc your manager. This action would put to rest all your disagreements in writing. You have done your part for her already and your job as an HR coordinator. Leave it to your boss what would be the next action.

Sending an email with stern but polite words is good enough.
