Can anyone tell me , what are the activities of HR Executive.

the activities of hr executive varies from compant to company. if it is a generalist profile than it can be
Handling Payroll and compensation
Performance Appraisal
Recruitment to some extent
Assisting HR manager in his or her HR functions

Hey,
When you say you are HR Executive the role will be more focused into pre-Recruitment and post recruitment. Most in Consultancies people use to say a Recrutier as a HR Executive. But it varies between corporates.
