I have some doubts regarding thomas certification.

1. The certification regarding using of thomas tools or disc profiling?
2. Can the certification be useful to me even if i am not using thomas international tools?
3. I find many disc profiling compaines in india, will the thomas certification useful to me in reading the report of other disc profiling?

Please clear my doubts asap. I am interested in attending the certification if its useful even if my company doesnt want to use thomas tools.

Here i'm back with answers for your questions.

1. The certification regarding using of thomas tools or disc profiling?

Ans. The DISC is a theory which is the foundation for the Thomas Tools hence, the program does cover an essential understanding of DISC before launching into the fundamentals & concepts with regard to the Thomas Tools

2. Can the certification be useful to me even if i am not using thomas international tools?

Ans. The program is designed to provide essential insights for participants on behaviours, hence one of the objectives of the program is to equip the participants with observable areas of behaviour that will provide insights on the type of broad behaviourial characteristics of individuals. That also means in the absence of the Thomas software or tools the participants will be able to classify individuals into the 4 broad categories of behaviors.

3. I find many disc profiling compaines in india, will the thomas certification useful to me in reading the report of other disc profiling?

Ans. The design and the interpretation of reports are propriety to Thomas based on research done by the organisation. hence, the interpretations of thomas international may not be totally applicable to all DISC tools.
