This role reports into Sr. Manager- Human Resources-India (Technology) but serves as a member of the technology line management team contributing to business direction and consulting on issues that affect human capital. 2. This person would be responsible for building strategy, improving organizational performance and developing organizational capability. 3. The HR Business Partner serves as a liaison between the business line and HR to assess human resource needs in areas such as employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent management & development, and change management; communicates these needs to appropriate corporate HR staff; and assist in developing an approach to meet those needs. 4. The HRBP manages the delivery of HR programs and services to the business unit supported, implementing them in a way that ensures that the program's goals are accomplished while meeting the business unit's needs.
