Hi-

I working as recruiter in MNC company. Can any one help in find free Posting, free site where i can get resumes and please also give me sugession how i can work on niche like coldfusion, WLS analyst skills......

i am getting more pressure.... looking forward for you support.

Hi Chaitanya,

WLS analyst is surely a very niche requirement. However, most companies hire such people on a contract basis from agencies.
