HI all,
I am full time employed with a KPO and my uncle who owns a technical company wants me to take care of his company's HR activities, which will def give me a broader scope of knowledge which i need to do only on weekends thts when i don work for my parent/priority company. I will not be on the direct pay roll of the new assignment as i would be designated as a consultant and will not enjoy any employee benefits, i consider this as a freelance part time job, but still the money he's paying me will be reflected in my PAN details, so am scared of committing Dual employment. Kindly advice how to go about. My parent job is my priority as its a top notch company and am doin really well, the only reason am taking the new assignment is for learning, someone advice to fulfill both my needs in a legal way. thanks in advance

Hi Dear,
Nice to hear from you that you are concern about your first company where ur working and coming to your uncle firm, ask him to look for some one who has the expertise skills in Human Resources.
As you said that you are working with KPO and want to knw whether do you hold any experience in Human Resources or not. if so then take the challenge in your uncle firm and do your best....if not dont take the chance of implementing someting which is unknown to "U".
Coming to dual salary will any how reflects to your sibeal records and as per the govt of India says that any employee directly or indirectly has no right to work with different companies and this is offence..
So be carefull abd your career and concentrate on your first comp rather then accepting the profile which is very much new to "U"
Hope this might give you the clear picture about the process of dual working
Cheers

Hello Satya...can you provide the legislation or any case reference from government of India that says that "any employee directly or indirectly has no right to work with different companies and this is offence".
Thanks and Regards
