looking for HR job & hoe can i improve my HR skills

hi, my name is ravikumar, i done mba with dual specializations in the field of HR & Marketing Management, i am having over 2 years of exp in sales ,services and into admin, i am looking for a growth in the field of HR i started looking on that,i want a help from u people, I COMPLETED My MBA with HRM
after a long i am entering in to hr , can u suggest how to improve my skills in HR , i want to be track on again, i hope u will

1) you need to join a company or recruitment firm with HR profile.
2) you need to get some practical exp of HR.
3) skills can be improved automatically once u join cmpny and tackle the job responsibilities...
1,2,3 is according to me what i suggest u....
