 Job description format for L1 visa
Hi!
We are a Software Services Company (CMMi Level 3) based at Pune. We would like to send one of our employee to the US on L1 visa. This is the first time we would be sending someone on L1 visa.
I was wondering if someone could help me knowing if there's a specific job description format used for the visa application. This job description should indicate the reason why we are keen on sending a person on long term and why the position cannot be filled by the client in the US.
