hi
i am new to this forum. yesterday i got this while searching on google.

to HR guys,
Is this required to apply through proper channel in order to get a NOC.
As i am working in a PSU for last 3 years and Training & probabation period is over... and applied directly in another PSU.. got A interview Call letter mentioning to produce a NOC from employer.

also, who is competent authority to issue the NOC. AGM( admin) in my origanization said it is CMD.. and AGM admin is not ready to issue NOC.

Can i go through interview without NOC.. and say to produce relieving order at the time of joining, in case of finally get selected there . because it will take >1 month to get NOC from CMD or corporate office.
