Need Advise for Setting Employee Benefits in Software Company
Hi there,
I am running a software company, we have about 15 employees. I am looking for advise on what employee bonuses and benefits can be offered which are "industry standard".
Also, in software companies in general, how is work-life balanced for employees, do they have flexible timing?
