Dear Vaishali

Any one below managirial level are eligile for OT again it depends on the compnay policies and major compnaies give OT UPto clerical staff.

For incentive it depends on the company policy and moreover incentive are given to every one it will be performance based.

Hi

Can i get the information on if some person goes onsite to any other country for 6 months and other 6 months if he works in INDIA then what would be the IT effect in exemption and ETC.
