Your presentation is good - in simple terms Competency is often defined as a set of Knowlegde, Skill and Attiude - it's right- but to me it seems to be inadequate - I found some explanation interesting - it is called CASH , KASH and DASH leads to Competency
CASH: Commitement-- Action orientation ( act now ability )-- Strategy -- Hard Work
KASH : Knowledge --- Attitude -- Skills and Habits
DASH : Discipline --- Appropriateness -- Systematic-- and Happiness
Just brood over these three things and probably competency becomes total
any comments we can explain each one logically
