Financial Crisis and Future Jobs in India
My Dear Fellow H.R. Indians,
Time has come for each one of us to sit down and analyze where the job market is heading to due to this huge and biggest ever financial crisis world has ever faced and our political and financial brokers & mis managers are misleading us to believe that INDIA is immune to it.This is a blatant lie and there is going to be a huge Tsunami of pink slips expected around 350000 jobs will be cut in all sectors especially software, realty and finance.Time has come for us to think as an INDIAN trying to protect the jobs from leaving our country and to narrow it down my state or my place. Every Indian in his respective native place or state has to adopt these strategies.
1. Educate all the heads of Engineering, MBA,
MCA, etc from "DHANDA" Colleges across
the country or nearest to you to focus the
education system on Quality of mentors ,
Innovation of the students not marks,
creativity in their projects
2. SAY A "BIG" no to FAKE PROJECTS->FAKE EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATES->FAKE DEGREES.This has damaged the credibility of an honest and meritorious Indian and India in a major way
3. Go for Real Time Education , Computer Based Training and focus to improve ENGLISH as its the only global language and this is the language that connects India.
4. Each one of you in your spare time,Please visit your nearest Govt school/Zilla Parishad school and teach the teacher or students basics of e literacy
5.Bring in accountability and transparency at your flats/colonies/resident welfare association level and pool in all RWA's into a single federation to countercheck the work at all municipal/ gram panchayat level.Real Time Grievance addressal mechanism should be in place
6.All businesses should not operate on credit basis except banks and financial insititutions. The major reason for the "2008 CRASH" is non payment of dues from various creditors and using political blackmail or nefarious methods to avoid paying the dues. All of us more or less accept "CORRUPTION" as a necessary evil in business or our day - day lives.TATA wants NANO loss to be burdened by any state government and this is where Gujarat will be at Loss, why should the tax payers of gujarat be burdened for a wrong decision taken by TATA to go to West Bengal . Think. A.P. C.M Y.S Rajshekar Reddy and Ex C.M Naiduand filmstar are offerring freebies as if its their "JAGIR" , thier responsibility towards INDIAN TAX PAYERS money is zilch. Not only here across the states we need to make Business and Politics accountable else ALL WILL SUFFER in the long run expecially The INDIAN SOLDIER AND INDIAN FARMER who are our backbone and let not any political party divide INDIA further.
7. Do background verification of all documents of Top Management first- how are they running the organisation, where is the actual inflow of funds , any window dressing ?

and next concentrate on
pruning the quality at freshers intake level
8. The Entry and Exit strategies to be clearly communicated and
9. TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN YES TRAIN ON SHIFTING THE ATTITUDE TOWARDS
A. HONESTY
B. ETHICS
C. VALUES
D. TEAMWORK
E. TIME MANAGEMENT
F. RETURN ON INVESTMENT
G. VALUE FOR MONEY THINKING
H. EDUCATE SEMI URBAN / RURAL INDIAN -
TAKE IT THERE AND LAST BUT NOT THE
LEAST
I. THINK, FEEL AND ACT LIKE AN INDIAN
Kindly share this info to all HONEST H.R Indians
Remember - JAI JAWAN JAI KISAN AND JAISI KARNI WAISI BHARNI still holds good even in this IT age.
