What is the term of Special Allowance, when it can be paid and how it is derived from other allowances

Apart From The Gross Salay The Regular Employees May Be Eleigible For The Pf/lta/bonus And Other Benifits Is Called Ctc. These Are Not Include In Gross Salary.
