Difference between CTC and Gross Salary

let me known the present form of PF,ESI,PT percentages which are contributing the employee salary,their share

Basic is as per PF act it must more than 50%
Dear Friend,

As per my knowledege as per PF act Basic+ FDA should be more than 50% on gross but no one following that rules. Every company having their own pay stracture.

Pay stracuture will be
Basic
FDA
HRA
other Allowences

Gross= Basic+FDA+HRA+Others

Net Salary=After Deducting amont of statutary deduction(PF+PT+ESI ) from employee salary it is called take home salary or net salary

CTC= Gross salary + Employer contribution towards statutary paymnet(PF+ESI )

Dear Bhavya,

In our organisation, CTC structure starts from 132000/- p.a. below that comes under gross structure.

Here, in CTC structure, we have salary fragments as - basic(30%), HRA (50%of basic), conyeance- Rs.800, medical reimbursements-Rs.1250/-, VTA-balance amount.

As per my knowledge, basic can go upto 48%-50%, and HRA min. 14% and max upto 50%.

Further,you can check with seniors of citehr.

Dear Unus,

phone bills and travel allowance is nt including in ctc.. these are including in Rembuirsment which cant show in ctc.

If i am wrong plz correct me enough explanation.
