I am working as a PM of newly autospares industry established from April 2007. Our production stated from December 2007. Whether we are applicable to pay bonus. We earn very small profit in the year 2007-2008.
i.e. Our Skill people earns @ 120 - 150 per day. & Helper gets 80 - 100 per day.
i. e. In our staff 4 personeel earning more than gross salary 10000/- (Basic 4000/-+HRA 4000+2000 Conveyance).
