hi!
I deal with Qnrs which have more than 50 Qns,what I do is :
- Consider Disagree Strongly,Disagree Somewhat & Neutral as negative responses
- Consider Agree Somewhat and Agree Strongly as positive responses.
- allot marks to each of the responses as:1 for Disagree Strongly,2-Disagree Somewhat,3-Neutral,4- Agree Somewhat,5-Agree Strongly.
- In an excel sheet enter the marks for each Q. corresponding to the response.
- then take the average of each Q.,likewise you can highlight the Satisfaction/Dissatisfaction on each scale(represented by each Q)

I tried to keep it as simple as possible, but sorry if I am not able to explain the same.

Regards,
Soni
