Searching resumes on Google

Hi All,

I am working as a in house recruiter for my company. Now, I have been asked to search international resumes also; esp from US. We have access to the international portals. But apart from that I understand that resumes can also be sourced from Google. Please advice me on how to source resumes from Google.....

With the search engines of Google, it is possible for everyone of us to explore the unexplored areas of all domain function areas. I must add that, We use the Hash Based Algorithm for search operation, since we do use more complex and flexible procedure for searching, with the expected results in the first page of the result page. However at biginners level you can source resume by putting following syntax: (intitle:resume or inurl:resume) desired skills.

let me know if you have something more to add here.
