Hi,
You first have to analyse the facts of the given case study, then give specific solutions to the questions (if they have asked specific questions) or else you can just write a proper analysis of the case and finally give the conclusion.

Discussed each issue with reference to the academic concepts?
Evaluated the solutions or ideas ?
Made final recommendations of how to resolve the case?

Used correct grammar, spelling and punctuation, clear presentation and appropriate reference style?
