Can any one help me out the job options in California for a HR professional and how to approach?

Hi Sangeetha,

There are lot of Job opportunities in Bay area for HR professionals. Be specific, in which specialized area you are looking out. There are lot of criteria w.r.t. jobs in US. For permanent jobs, you should be either GC or Citizens or you should hold EAD card.
