Dear Friends,
I have a query about my PF withdrawal.
I worked for 3 yrs for an organization that has its own private PF trust. Recently I changed my company without proper relieving procedure and hence I was not given the Relieving letter. My new employer has opened a new PF account for me.
Now how do I withdraw or transfer the PF amount without my previous employer's consent?
Regards,
Jessie

Since u have not been properly relieved from the duties i doubt whether ur previous employer would be supportive to withdraw the PF amount. So i suggest you better opt for transfer the funds. Incase ur previous employer does not raise any issues regarding ur relieving then u can go ahead for withdrawal.

well your contribution in pf is your hard earned money that you saved. No one can stop you from getting ur contribution back.if thet are managing RPFC then you required to fill form 10c and Form 19 in case you want withdrawal and for tranfer Form 13.

I left job in 2011 and have PF number with me. Now govt portal is not showing information so I beleive the company(Nokia India Pvt Ltd) was maintaining Private PF Trust.
Now I don't have any information about company office/addres as Nokia India Pvt is closed in India now.
How to process for Witgdraw for my PF amount.
Also form 19 has UAN column. I don't have UAN as in 2011 there was no UAN concept.
Please suggest workaroud for 6 year old PF Trust account when company is not tracable. Curretly I am not doing job so need to withdraw.
Thanks
