Each state Govt publishes the rates applicable for basic + da for each
catagory of labour. You can easily get such publication gazzette from
the agency which provides you services or else go to state govt
publications dept. I do not think it is available at any website

These have been very recently revised by many states.
Maybe only two weeks back Like in Himachal for a USW it has become Rs.75 instead of Rs.70.
YOu won't be able to spot it online but you can get the categories of course.

The Statutory Minimum Wages does not vary from Company to Company but is fixed for a particular class of industry in a particular region for a particular group of employees.
This notification is brought out bi-annually by the Labour Directorate is generally under the Labour Statistical department of a State.
You are required to make an application to the particular Labour Inspector/Asst. Labour Commissioner in charge in your Company's Letter Head stating the nature of industry and region.
Usually, you can also buy it from the vendors outside but remember the Government is suppose to give it to you free.
