srinivasaai Started The Discussion:SIR, I DID MY B.E IN ELECTRONICS AND I AM WORKING IN A PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKING COMPANY AS AN EXECUTIVE PAST 2AND HALF YEARS IN NON TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT I HAVE COMPLETED MY PROBATION PERIOD OF ONE YEAR AND COMPLETED BOND DURATION IE 2YEARS OF SERVICE.WHILE IN PROBATIONARY PERIOD ie BEFORE COMPLETING ONE YEAR SERVICE WITH THE COMPANY I HAVE APPLIED FOR AN JOB ADVERTISEMENT IN ANOTHER PSU FOR A TECHINICAL POST,ADVANCE COPY OF APPLICATION I SENT DIRECTLY AND A COPY THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL. MY PARENT COMPANY DENIED TO FORWARD THE APPLICATION , QUOTING I AM STILL IN PROBATIONARY PERIOD.SINCE ADVANCE COPY OF APPLICATION SENT WELL BEFORE DUE DATE I HAVE RECEIVED HALL TICKET AND WRITTEN THE EXAM AND GOT PASSED OUT IN WRITTEN EXAM.BUT IN ORDER TO ATTEND INTERVIEW IN COMPANY I AM WILLING TO JOIN THEY ARE ASKING TO GET NOC FROM THE PARENT COMPANY. I HUMBLY PUT UP A REQUEST TO G.M PERSONAL TO ISSUED ME NOC FOR THAT MANAGEMENT REFUSED TO ISSUE SINCE APPLICATION HAS NOT FORWARDED BY THEM.SOME HOW I MANAGED TO ATTEND THE INTERVIEW GIVING AT DELCARATION THAT I WILL BE SUBMITIND NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE AT A LATER DATE.I HAVE PASSED OUT IN THE INTERVIEW.MY PARENT COMPANY POLICY IS TO GIVE 5 MONTHS NOTICE PERIOD IN CASE OF RESIGNATION IF I AM WILLING TO PAY 5 MONTHS SALARY TO THE COMPANY DO THEY HAVE RIGHT TO STOP ME that is BY NOT GIVING ME RELEIVING ORDER.PLEASE HELP ME HOW TO GO ABOUT IT?AND INCASE I RESIGN MY PARENT COMPANY DO I NEED TO STILL SUBMIT NOC OR RELEIVING WILL DO.
