Dear all,

Just a quick update of our HR Meet held in Kochi, we had people from various backgrounds at different levels, issues related to recruitment and lay offs were discussed in general and also we had loads of fun. We are looking forward for more active members to participate in this forum those who are interested to know can contact any of our members here Joseph, Xavier, Rajashri, Manoj, Suresh. We have decided to conduct such meetings on 2nd Friday of every month. Next meeting will be on Friday 12th December. Topic for the forum will be "How to handled non performers". If anyone has case studies to discuss please do let us know. Have a great day.

for being open,fun and sincere. For great snacks and refreshment. For excellent infrastructure set up .....and all for free!!! Wow!!!

and it was great to read the mails sent by top management of other organizations to their employees.

so many people are beginning to be wanting to become a member of this cochin HR group......maybe we should fix a number and make it first cum basis and also close memberships after 30th Nov ?

Nice to hear that HR Meet has been conducted at Kochi...and a good initiative to gather on every 2nd Friday. Pls let me know the time and venue...

Hi,

This is with reference to our previous mail on the topic for discussion in our next forum "How to handle non perfomers", I thought lets start discussing this off line before we meet actually on 12th Dec for a brain storming seesion.

Now, What is non performance 'non-performance' denotes any failure to perform his / her duties as per their contract (Goal Sheet) and includes delayed performance, defective performance and failure to co-operate in order to give full effect to the contract. So who is actually a non perfomer the HR who recruited him / her or the Manager whom the person is reporting to for not able to perform him / her or only the employee who failed to deliver.
