Which job portal should i use?

Hi Friends,
I am a recruitment executive in a small company.Now we are going to renew our job portal subscription.But being a small company we have limited resources and we have to make the best possible utilization of those available.
I am in dilemma regarding the use of Job portal in our recruitment process.
For last 3-4 yrs of company is using Naukri, but now with the advancements in monster i am more inclined to use the portal for recruitment.
What do you guys think should i do?
Should i continue with Naukri or should i try Monster?
Which portal do u thing is currently the best job portal?

if u ask me both the portals are utter waste,jus look for any private portals and easy to get ur hitratios with ur clients regards u can call me 98411 11697 rajiv, HR Head of IT company from uk based

Dear Nitu,

It all depends.If you are based in India i think Naukri can do the job.TimesJobs is another option which is good in sourcing candidates.If your recruitment budget permits you to subscribe monster its the best ,moreover you can source candidates globally.So think of your requirement,cost,budbet once you buy the logins.

Monster is the best when we go for powersearch and all

It actually depends on the kind of requirements that you and your company works for and also on the levels that you recruit, junior/ middle/ senior.

After taking a stock of all this you can probably decide on which is a good job portal to choose from.

Dear Nitu,

I'll strongly recommend for monster only. As I'm using this portal for last 2 years & now with its advanced features its really worth to work with it.

Hi Nitu,

Monster certainly seems to take the trophy. With a lot of ad on features, it is very HR need friendly.

Also Monster gives you better deals so negotiate hard on your deals.

Am wondering if you are sourcing candidates by other means?

Hi Nitu,
as you have been using naukri job portal for last 2-3 years .so you should change that portal.if you change the monster India is quite good for sourcing all tyoes of profiles.
