Dear All,
Delhi has a huge population of HR professionals however I think we know very few of them other than whom we have worked with. Even if a person may have interacted over citehr on number of issues, however you can not identify the same person even during an interview process.
While some of us are working at very senior positions and some of us may be just starting the career in HR. It becomes difficult to gain friends from citehr as not everybody may have time to write a blog/response or may be more comfortable in sharing verbally over meeting or phone. However we all can be a great value to each other provided we start exchanging our thoughts, requirements, hobbies, experiences etc etc.
I invite HR professionals who would like to interact and share not only professional issues but also specific issues related to individual. These interactions would be strictly informal and may be personal between group of friend/s. This "Group of people" should lead to a "Bunch of friends" who are there with each other through thick & thin.
I volunteer to be the common point of contact. I will ensure that the interested people get opportunities to interact and share with the purpose of becoming friends with like minded people.
