I appreciate your interest in HR Friends, however I guess that a non-HR person may feel out of place. Because when people from HR meet, they discuss on the issues specific to HR like may be about the policies, challanges, best practices etc etc and all these topics may not be of much help or interest to you.
That's the reason I have suggested all the HR professionals to be HR friends.
