· Providing end to end recruitment, and perform full life cycle recruitment (posting ads, sourcing, screening, negotiations and closures) as well as interviewing candidates whenever required.
· Develop and implement numerous sourcing strategies including referral generation, position postings, direct sourcing, build and utilize exhaustive network of candidates thereby reducing dependency on Jobsites.

Sourcing:
