The content is well thought out and communicated well. My suggestions are:
1. Point No 2 in the Rules and Regulations - Clarification on Management courses. Are Hotel Management, Library Management and a whole lot of such management students expected to participate?
2. Can you give a name for each venue probably like Vizag zone or something like that? Makes the participants feel that they represent a zone or region which would motivate them.
3. Can the theme be expressed clearly in four slides?
4. Can the time be split as to what would be the time for presentation and Q&A? Indicating time for presentation would help the participants to practice and manage their time accordingly.
