| Sheetal.s Started The Discussion: Hello all, It's been a month now that I have joined a well known recruitment firm and am part of ITES sector. I thought that in big firms the training on using job portal is provided but its that they just show how to log in and show the format. Its self learning which is fun but since I am new in recruitment at times I find it difficult to source relevant resumes. Is there any way that you all can give me some tips or any website which I can refer to. The thing is I want to give my best so need some help. Waiting for your reply

Hi Sheetal, Always choose the Relevance option to get relevant profiles and always make your search broad and then you can use search within option to get appropriate profiles. For Example your seaching for Sales Manager, your search keyword are 1. Sales 2.then depending on sales in ( insurance, space selling Etc) 3. location like that u can get appropriate resume.
