Less years of exp more salary???
I have 2 years of experience in recruitments, strategic planning, internal training. Have moved from mumbai to pune recently and looking for jobs here. But I am not able to find a good match due to my salary. As everyone comes back with a feedback that my salary is very high compared to the years of experience. Can anyone suggest how do i go about this...???

Would be glad to recieve your suggestions... please...

1) First choose a right company who can pay you good some
2) You dont ask for an hike in the offer company
3) Compare and understand salary structure of your previous employer the reason for high pay to you ie is high package based on night shifts, OT, Conveyance etc.
4) You can be very clear in your initial discussion on your package

Thanks so much for your valued suggestion. I have so much pay because of performance ad multiple roles. But in the Hr industry for two years exp nobody is ready to pay that much. And they good ones a few of them do not have relevant openings currently. Also another barrier is that my idustry wise expsoure is in BFSI vertical and in pune there are hardly any head office where HR would sit. They are all in mumbai. But not looking to move back to mumbai again.

Else your last suggestion is really valued. Thanks again.
