If Your Unit Register Under Bombay Shops & Establishmnet or other State level Shops Act.
Than
Maintain Licence...
Wage Register...

in delhi u have to take licence under delhi shop and est act and u have to maintain all register which are reqd under this act like attendance register,salary register ESI and pf records if applicable.tks

what is the eligibilty creteria for the ESI application forms should fill properly.

there are few cases that employees are facing the problem with rejection of the employee.
