Hi All,It's nice to see your responses.Eligible people will get the call shortly.Well, one point I want to note, that I haven't mentioned the experience range, sorry for that. Actually the experience required for this opening is 7-8 yrs+ i.e. sr. professionals are more relevant.But don't worry, those with less experience, I assure you that I'll check some good opportunities for you also.Hence, I look forward to have a good no. of responses from Sr. people also.One more thing specially, Ajit & Rupali, as we know that we all are here on this site for our mutual benefit, support, co-operation, help, so don't you worry for the resumes which are uploded here directly, those will be definitely taken care & even if anybody checks, then I don't think that whoever checks it, will take disadvantage of it.Please don't take my words otherwise,just thought to express my views on that, thats it.WellThank you all for showing your interest.Wishing you the very bestRegardsTShaikh |

Hey Shaikh! R u gonna reply back us or not? Or just for sake of increasing ur databank u've asked all for their resumes? If you don't have any vacancy, u shud not do all this unprofessional things.
I don't understand how the moderrators are keeping quiet about such serious issues happening on sites. At least u shud inform us whether we'll be shortlisted for the said post or not? Feedback is necessary in every case. You even didn't mention whether u checked our replies or not?
I strongly recommend the moderators to look into the matter.

As an HR person you also know that we don't use to process profiles just for processing.
