Trainers Certifications

Dear All

Currently I am the training head; I need to certify all my team of trainers in order to enhance their performance as a trainer, so I was wandering if there is a certification program my team can join

So please advice

Dear Friend
I know of a college in Dubai - Centre for Executive Education - contact them on www.cee.ac.ae They offer UK Accredited courses in HR and Training & Development.

Please advise about the ISTD training society of India. They have a diploma program of a whole year. How much is this diploma valid?

Doors international is an organisation who will certify trainer

ISTD is govt of india - i have seen their diploma seems ok! check out www.cee.ac.ae - they have a very successful program in Exec HR which covers training quite deeply. I have completed with them 8 years ago.

Good luck! Hope they can do something for you. Also check their 7 month Professional Diplomas in HR. I have completed that 8 yrs ago.

Hi,
Certification of Trainers depends on the following:
1. Is it on Soft Skills
2. Trainers would be training all employees are only a particular division employees
3. Will Trainers also train on HR practices[Corporate Training]
4. Will Trainers also train employees on company's products
ISTD - Good for soft skills
ASTD - Global accredition
There are quite a few global training organizations which do certify based on the specifc needs
