suitable Performance Appraisal system and form for IT company Hi All, I ve recently shifted from Non IT to IT company with the Generalist HR role where in i have been given the responsibility to design the appraisal form (yearly - which would effect employee s promotion and increment and half yearly so that both the parties. employer and employee can exchange the feedback.) Its a small IT company with the size of 60 approx spreaded all across the world which is into Infrastructure Mgt Services, Consulting and IT.
