Hi All,
I thought I had seen some posts on the topic of "Onboarding". I have been advising bloggers to check for previous posts on the topic they are seeking. And at times I have felt it has fallen on deaf ears.

Hence, I tried to search for all the posts on this topic (only posts containing the term in the title). I found 16 strings, with 24 replies from 3089 views. Out of these replies only 2 had information and the others were seeking the ppts cited, etc. I also could not access the website suggested.

Hence, I searched the web using Google and found these:

On Boarding Ppt

http://conferences.aicpa.org/tech08/...35%20Wiley.pdf at Fisher Rock and clicking on Blog and searching.

Both were found at onboarding process + ppt - Google Search


I am sure, that if I, an old academic ,(not well versed in computing) can find these sites by Google search, the young blogger could have found it much sooner had they only put in some effort.
