| | Ban On Smoking From Oct 2 // R U Ready? hey fellows are u waiting for OCT 02, or immediately shut down ur smoking rooms in ur companies, or u urself a chain smoker, n hate this rule .
tell tell , my opinion is Y to wait till oct 2, Y not close the smoking cabins, galleries, etc in ur office from today itself. N u urself are responsible for opening these smoking galleries, in ur companies ITS U THE HR, who have opened the smoking rooms, Y Y ,, is it not coz of u ur employees go n smoke, imagine having a no smoking room, wat will employees do, go out in lunch time, or after office go out n smoke, but bcoz tht u provide this facility , u urself are killing ur employees, n employees smoke as they please, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS I THINK U U AND ONLY UUUU |

| | hey Ravi,
i don know why they wan to ban smokin,,,,,,,,
can they ban manufacturing of tobbaco products......they cant.....
the ban should be made in places nearer to hospital, school and other sensitve places.
they want a healthier place ban all vehicles, use of fridge as it cotains the most dangerous chemicals, passing all industrial outlets to water....
all things they cant be banned as pople are addicted.....
so health ministers just wan to show how much they care for public thats it...........
nothing can be changed untill its been taken out from its roots itself........

| | Ok Hr Ppl I Think Ur Implementing The Rule Strictly Coz As Per Rule It Is The Hr Manager Who Will Be Held Responsible If Their Employees Smoke In Offices.. And Prosecuted And If Hr Is Found Responsible Then The Concerned Hr Should Be Prosecuted. So Pls Implement The Rule. |
