Need guidance....on future prospects

Hi all...

I would require a suggestion to figure out what would be a suitable position and career for me....i m quiet confused of my career growth currently....i m working in MNC but my job profile in the support business has a very limited scope of growth...however i have initiated a pioneering step to streamline the process of functions we are currently into...bout card administration...i have done my PGDBA from NMIMS (distance learning)...my current position is as a senior team member...but due to limited scope i m still doing what i was doing earlier....i do not know what should i do now...since i m handling administration (but not secretarial)...i want a career that would hone my skills but cant figure out if i can go for banking operations or HR...please guide and advice me....
