I have seen your companies positive and negative things what you have posted, with these points what you have posted will boost the candidate a lot. Here i can tell you one thing, this problem is facing by every company regarding the joining of the candidate, but i want to suggests with below points at the time resume screening
1. Just chek with CTC expectation
2. Chek with roles and responsibility looking for
3. Find out the problems in the present company ( Looking for a change)
4. Ask him since how long he is looing for change
5. Find out the candidate ( Hometown)
