Before i post this thread, thanks to each one of you who have read my posts and given me encouraging feedback.

This post has a comprehensive PPT on "Leadership & Organizational Politics"

Topics Covered:

Leadership: Def., Charismatic, Transformational, Transactional Types
Theories of Leadership: Traits, Contingency, Behavioural with models from Mintzberg, Fieldler, Blanchard etc.
Organizational Politics: def., 5 Basics of Power, Techniques of Political Behaviour, Distinction of Power from Politics, Turning Power into Influence, Ethics & Limits to power with models from Moorehead etc.
Two Tasks to work on to study above.
