Hi Devang

You can look at what work-life initiatives are there and if you would like to implement new ones based on the needs of the employees

Cheers!

Default Initiate some new ideas

Hi,

You can start some new initiative at your workplace something like sending weekly inspirational quotes frm the HR dept, organising some workshops like team building games, corporate games etc, intiate some reward & recognition plans (if that is missing).

Good Luck!

Hi,

There are lot many things when it comes to new initiatives, depends on the various factors like Size of the company, industry vertical etc. For example, as a HR Initiative, we are in the process of launching a Knowledge management portal. We also have introduced OLC ( Online Learning Center) thru Oracle OLM. We also have started with a very transparent work culture as a part of New HR Initiatives.

Cheers,
