Smile Hi HR Folks,

Hi,

I have been a member of this forum for sometime and have seen many important issues addressed by forum members. It is a nice experience !

I have a question on policy implementation - If your employee handbook spells out clearly office decorum ,dress code etc. and someone deviates what action do you take ? Suppose it is mentioned on Monday - Thursday all employees(Men) must turn out in black/brown leather shoes and in rainy season number of guys turn up in sneakers what would be an appropriate action ? How many companies really are able to implement any rules as per employee handbook ? If people with 5+ years of experience err then how do you take action ?

Thanks
Geeta
