DIVISION: HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT
Designation: HR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
A.Reports To: OPERATIONS HEAD
B.Area of Operations: Responsible for all human resource activities of the company. Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies & procedures documentation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
C.Coordination: Co-ordinating with all other functional areas, more particularly with HR Dept and Finance, and externally with all concerned statutory authorities, professionals outside the company.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
1.Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
2.Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
3.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4.Ability to analyze the data and provide recommendations. This is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree or PG and 0 to 2 years of HR experience.
5.Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
6.Working conditions are normal in an office environment.
7. Candidates Should be a university graduate in any discipline or with a post graduation or MBA in human resource management , and will have experience level of 0-2 years. Candidate is expected to have strong leadership, communication, social and interpersonal skills.

Responsible for all Human Resource activities that include Staffing, labour relations, Compensation & Benefit and Training & Development.
HR Operations & Strategic Planning & Identifying Core Competencies.
Design Job Description ,Job evaluation & Effective recruitment
Prepare, process and distribute payroll PF,PT,ESI,TDS & Greviance
Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and enquiries.
Effective performance Appraisal & Succession Planning (Managers & Employees)
Handling Employee Development Programmes.
Create objective systems and procedures of Appraisals, Rewards & Punishments.
Manpower Planning, Induction, Training,Motivation,Competency Mapping,Skill Audit,
Working in Team & Time management & Work place communication & Employee Relationship & Job Instruction
Vendor Evaluation & HRIS reports using Excel and HRMS Software ,
Follow up on all training activities and provide suggestions for deployment to enhance utility of the human resource of the company.
Perpetual review of situation as regards to work, productivity, quality and interpersonal relations in the company.
Evolve divisional M.I.S. and implement them.
Rigid compliance with company philosophy, policies and procedures.
