Can any one tell whether I can bifurcate Minimum wages in 2 parts Like Basic = 67% and Hra 33 % and Deduct PF on Basic Wages
I am doubtful that the pf officials can force me to deposite the dues on full minimum wages
please help

Dear Ashish,
What you are doing is correct nothing to worry. You need not to pay pf on entire minimum wages. As the act MW act says wage=basic+da+hra. And what pf act says wage= basic+da+value of food concession+retaining allowance. did you find any hra component in pf wage. So you need not to do so.
