Default need help.....

Hi,

I have recently joined a good consultancy firm giving its services to a govt. organisation.Since this is my first job, and i have recently completed my studies, so i would just like to know a few things or tips one should keep in mind:-
1. While working in the organization (i mean ur attitude, ur behaviour etc etc)
2. While attending a workshop or a meeting.

Hi!

As an experieced HR professional, my suggestions/tips are:

* An attitude of learning, willingness take responsibility, be co-operative
and helpful.

* While attending a meeting, be a good listener, be polite but firm, do not
shout or raise voice, be respectful, express your opinion in clearly and
confidently.

attitude you need to put up at work:

-be transparent, don't cut corners

-be diligent, ready to take responsiblities

-be friendly, and work as a team

-don't be afraid of mistakes, though if you make them, admit it and seek for a way out

-be a person of integrity, honest and truthful

-learn to respect your superiors

-follow laid down rules, policies and procedures guiding your job responsiblities, add little extras-smiles, polite words,etc

-always dress immaculatety

-lear to manage time well,be organized and always coordianted,
