ESIC sub code generation.

Dear All,

Request you to kindly provide me the proces and document required for creating the ESIC sub code in different location, if the company is registed under ESIC at Mumbai. Also, can we get new ESIC code for all the location, insted of Sub Code creation.

Following dertails to be furnished to ESI OFFIce for the allotment of Sub-Code No.

1. Full address of Head Office
2.Addressed of Factory/Establishment
3.Nature of Business of Factory/Estt.
4.Date of coverage of Factory /Estt.
5.Code No. allottted to H.O./Regd. OfficeBy Corporation.
6.Full address of Local Branch office.
7.Date of starting Local Branch Office.
8.Nature of Business.
9.No. of employees posted at Local ranch office.
10.Person Incharge of Local branch Office.
11. List of Direcrtors/Partner/Proprietor along with residential address.
12.Name of Bankers & A/C Number.

Dear Kumar Gurav ji,It is mandatory for obtaining the sub-code for works at various location other than the home location. But recently a notification has issued by the ESIC please see the attached notification. Regards,PBS KUMAR

Dear Gourav

It is always suggested that you should go for Sub Code from ESIC if you alraedy have ESI CODE for existing unit/office. Beacuse if you take seperate code for different location that you to maitain seperately entire records which is required at the time inspection for Final date of Coverage . i.e Balance sheet, First purchase bill, Sale Bill, and employees details salary sheet etc. It is mandatory that you have go for seperate inspection from esic for seprate code if you have sub code than thereis no ned to have seperate inspection of records. you can show main inspection which is done for main office.in clarifiaction pls call me on 09891151873.

Dear Kumar,

You are reqired to appraoch ESI Office located in area where you require subcode and give them Information as mentioned in my earlier corrospndencr (12 Points).As per information given by ESI Authority there is no srparate Form. As per ESI Authorities as on today there is no online facility for this purpose with ESI Offices .
