Training Calender for interior industry Hi Friends,
I am HR in a interior and architectural solution providing company. We are mainly into execution which is site work... most of the staff is site employees..we have Marketing deptt., accounts, admin, operations and purchase...site employees consist of project managers, site supervisors, storekeepers etc...
can u suggest a training programme which can be suitable for them..my dilemma is place for training...generally they dont come to office as they need to be present at site..besides we have deadlines to achieve so will it be right to disturb the actual work..
What could be the frequency of training programmes...what kind of training programmes will be relevant (right now i hav few ideas such as safety related issues, communication, Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting & First Aid etc)... Please guide me in planning and formulating training calender for my company. Thanks Rashmi |
