Hi ,
Can anyone give me a monthly reporting templates for an HR-Manager,We are into IT development company with 100 employees.Plz can anyone share your templates plz.

hi shenmeli,

my name is lalitha and i am working as hr manager in an it company with 50 members strength. in our company we will conduct weekly meetings. in those meetings we will discuss about previous weeks works done by the team members coming week work agenda. i have to be note down the minutes of the meeting. so please can you advise me that are you having any weekly meeting template so that i will give to all my team leads and they will fill it. it will be so easy for me. please help me in this matter.

I am Jeyaseelan working in chennai as Officer Human Resources.
I am sending you some formats which will help you to check yourself onwhether are you in line with labour laws.

make this as monthly check point and you can keep this as internal audit system.

Any case You can make use of the attached Excel. Sheet 1 can be used for Recruitment and Sheet 2 for just a Task Tracker.

This is what I use. If anyone has a better template please share that too.
