Kindly let me know what else the report has to be prepared by HR dpt. We maintain HRIS report, and leave report, apart from these two what else a HRD should maintain. (I work in a BPO industry)

HR shd also have to maintain the legal documents related to the
1. office rental, lease
2.layout plan
3.MMDA or CMDA approval file
4. professional tax details
5. establishment liscence and renewal copies
6. local liasioning files such as fire station,police station,panchayat etc
