Do not worry about participation . Go ahead and have a small meet first. Include some new or non-members. Once you guys set the ball rolling every thing else will fall into its place.
Most importantly , you are in God's own country .When you have him with you , who else do you need
Have a meet with small number of members. Why should you worry about participation, when the entire world is watching you all ? Trust me once you make a start you will get a team . Go ahead. Let us know what happens at the meet.

Good decision .

Start with two , and if possible include some friends , who are interested in knowledge discussion . Making a start is important . So just go ahead. Sometime back I had a word with Sihdartha Roy, the one made this site. He shared his vision to have a meet on the national level. But for that we need to pilot it at different location. Lets work on this. We will learn a lot from the pilot. So next time when we work on the national level we are prepared to handle any kind of responsiblity

So work out on the events to take place on the first meet, make it interesting , and finally send us the report on how it went !
